This hotel is located right off the exit and parking was right outside our room. However, the staff barely spoke English, they hardly spoke to us and didn't explain where anything was (like the pool, breakfast etc). Our room was freezing when we got there, it smelled musty, and it could use updating. Breakfast was very limited and the breakfast area had very little seating. We only stayed 1 night and will probably stay somewhere else next time we are in the area. Not worth the price.

This place is a joke....horrible horrible customer service. Had to cancel a trip last minute due to a double case of covid. Guy was confusing to understand, very unprofessional, accused me of canceling because our concert got canceled (today is day of concert I still have nothing saying it's canceled). Still home sick with covid. It turned into a yelling match. I was told I chose his hotel and it's not his problem and he's charging my card. Which he did immediately after I was hung up on. I wish I would've read the reviews prior, place looks dirty anyway. Guys a complete nut job.

it is a shame - this hotel use to be very nice. The rooms are generously sized, the grounds are very pretty, and it's a great location. It is quite a bit dated, older furniture, which is fine. BUT - the bathroom was gross. Showerhead was dirty and clogged, mold on the bathmat that was glued down, and the tub was dripping causing rust. Stop being lazy. These repairs would probably cost $50.

Place is definitely run down, and outdated! Hot tub had no jets… my husband and I wanted to soak in the hot tub before bed.. closed at 8 pm. Tennis courts had trees growing thru the cracks and the outside pool was closed down. Our bathtub was dirty and had paint peeling from it. For $300+ per night we expected better!

First impression driving onto the property was absolutely horrendous. It looks old and beaten up; walking into the lobby it smells of mold and dust. The manager, Mike Patel, is a manic and rude man. I had my ESA with me, and he didn’t even let me hand in my animals paperwork after harassing and yelling at me for over ten minutes. When I asked why I was being treated that way, he cancelled my stay. If you have a disability or have specials needs DO NOT GO HERE. They are incredibly discriminatory and unprofessional.
